Order Fulfillment
Orders will be fulfilled within 10 days or we will contact you. Don't hesitate to email SharkDogCo@outlook.com if you have not received a tracking email. While we can't be responsible for the shipment after it is in the carriers hands, we will do our best to satisfy each customer.
Payment Options
We use Wix pay to process debit and credit card payments. You may also use PayPal to purchase items. If you prefer to pay with Venmo or Zelle, contact us for these options.
Returns & Refunds
While we don't accept returns or exchanges, contact us if you have any issues with your order. We will do our best to make it right.
Shipping Info
All orders are shipped through USPS. While we cannot be responsible for the shipment after it is in the carrier's hands, we will provide tracking information.
Handmade
Each elastic dog bandana is handmade with care; however, there will be some inconsistencies. Repeating patterns will be slightly different for each bandana. Also, colors in photographs will match the fabric as close as possible; however, devices may display the item differently.
Sizing
If your fur friend needs a custom size, contact us at SharkDogCo@outlook.com. We will accommodate special orders when possible.
